Ebn Hayan Medical Center may collect some or all of the following types of information:

- Doctor reviews

When there are errors in your personal identifiable information, e.g., name, mobile number, date of birth, etc., Ebn Hayan Medical Center will make corrections to ensure that the information is accurate. Upon your authorization, your personal identifiable information can be changed or updated.

Ebn Hayan Medical Center website permits you to conduct telehealth appointments. We do not collect or otherwise interact with any Personal Health Information exchanged during any telehealth appointments.
